In 2025, she led ISC’s most significant expansion: the acquisition of Day League/DeKalb Rape Crisis Center, establishing the agency as DeKalb County’s primary provider of both domestic violence and sexual assault services.

A recognized leader, Jean has served on the boards of the Georgia Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Georgia’s WIN List, and was a longtime member of the DeKalb County Domestic Violence Task Force. A 2012 graduate of Leadership DeKalb, she has been featured in national and local media and honored as an African-American Trailblazer by the Atlanta Hawks (2012) and a Diamond of the District by Congressman Hank Johnson (2022).
